Welcome to Dynamic Wellbeing

Hi, I’m Michelle, the founder of Dynamic Wellbeing.

I create thoughtful, engaging spaces where people can explore what matters, strengthen their confidence and make meaningful decisions about their work, professional practice and lives.

My work brings together psychotherapy, clinical supervision, coaching, education and group facilitation. It is designed for people who want more than information or insight alone. The focus is on developing clearer thinking, stronger judgement and the capacity to take purposeful action.

Through professional training, facilitated conversations, coaching programmes and group experiences, I support people to engage with complexity without becoming overwhelmed by it.

This may involve developing or sustaining a professional practice, navigating a difficult decision, strengthening clinical understanding, building confidence, supporting wellbeing or creating meaningful change within a team or organisation.

Each offering is different, but the intention remains consistent: to help people recognise what matters, trust their own judgement and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

All Dynamic Wellbeing spaces are trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming, relational and inclusive. Difference, identity and lived experience are approached with care, curiosity and respect.

About Michelle

I’m Michelle Fahy, MIACP, MEAIP, an accredited psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, coach, trainer and group facilitator.

I bring more than 30 years of professional experience across education, mental health, therapeutic practice, clinical supervision and professional development.

I began my professional life in education and trained across secondary, Montessori and speech and drama teaching. This experience continues to shape how I understand learning, development, communication and the pressures experienced by teachers and other professionals working with children and young people.

I am clinically qualified to work across the lifespan, with children, adolescents and adults. I hold an MA in Creative Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Biodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapy.

I also hold specialist qualifications in clinical supervision, group therapy, play therapy, coaching and leadership. I have run my own private practice for many years and have more than 10 years’ experience supporting psychotherapists through clinical supervision.

My work is grounded in an understanding of the real pressures people face in professional and caring roles. These can include uncertainty, responsibility, burnout, isolation, ethical complexity, self doubt and the challenge of staying connected to yourself while supporting others.

A central strength of my work is helping people make sense of complexity, recognise their own capacity and reconnect with their purpose. I support people to move beyond overthinking and towards clearer decisions, greater confidence and purposeful action.

My approach is relational, creative, inclusive and diversity informed. My lived experience of neurodivergence and LGBTQ+ identity also informs how I understand difference, power and belonging, and my commitment to creating spaces where people can participate fully without minimising who they are.
