Practice with Clarity
Build. Expand. Sustain.
A three session coaching programme for psychotherapists who want to build, expand or sustain a values led practice.
Practice with Clarity is a small, person centred coaching group for psychotherapists at different stages of professional practice.
You may be building something new, expanding what you already offer, or looking for a more sustainable way of working. This programme gives you the space, structure and support to step back from the daily demands of practice, clarify what you want and make purposeful decisions about what comes next.
Across three facilitated online sessions, you will work through Michelle Fahy’s Clarity, Courage and Change framework.
The Three Sessions
Clarity
The first session will help you take an honest look at where you are now. You will explore your professional identity, values, strengths, current challenges and the vision you hold for your practice.
You will begin to identify what is working, what needs attention and what you want to develop.
Courage
The second session will focus on the areas that often require greater confidence and self trust. This may include visibility, professional decision making, boundaries, fees, taking up space, trying something new or moving beyond the expectations you have placed on yourself.
You will be supported to recognise your capabilities and identify the courageous steps needed to move your practice forward.
Change
The final session will bring your learning together and turn insight into practical action. You will identify your priorities, make clear decisions and create grounded next steps that are realistic, meaningful and sustainable.
The aim is not to leave with an overwhelming list of tasks. It is to leave with a clearer sense of direction and a focused plan for change.
3 Reflective Workbooks
You will receive a dedicated workbook for each stage of the programme:
Clarity
Courage
Change
The workbooks include guided questions, exercises and space to develop your thinking between sessions. They are designed to help you deepen the work, maintain momentum and create a practical record of your developing vision and decisions.
This Programme May Be Right for You If You
