DYNAMIC WELLBEING
Dynamic Wellbeing is grounded in depth, integrity and inclusion.
This is not a passive space. It is a working space.
It requires honesty, engagement and a willingness to move beyond insight into action.
Through workshops, reflective groups and dynamic dialogue, this work supports people to think more clearly, stay connected to themselves under pressure and act with greater intention in both personal and professional contexts.
The focus is not on quick solutions. It is on developing the capacity to hold complexity, respond with awareness and create change that is grounded, lived and sustained.
All spaces are trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming and relational. They are designed to support real movement while holding difference with care and clarity.
This work is for individuals, practitioners and organisations who are ready to engage with depth, take responsibility for how they show up and commit to meaningful, values-led change.
Guided by three core principles:
Clarity: understanding what truly matters
Courage: choosing truth over comfort
Change: creating shifts that are authentic, grounded and lived
About the Facilitator
Iโm Michelle Fahy (MIACP, MEAIP), a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, coach and facilitator working with individuals, groups and organisations.
I bring over 30 years of professional experience across education, therapeutic practice and group facilitation, with extensive clinical training in both adult psychotherapy and child and adolescent psychotherapy.
I have over 10 yearsโ experience as a clinical supervisor, supporting practitioners to work with greater depth, clarity and responsibility in their work.
My training also includes in-depth study in coaching, group facilitation and diversity-informed practice, which shapes how I hold relational, inclusive and developmentally attuned spaces.
I also bring lived experience of neurodivergence and LGBTQ+ identity. This informs how I understand difference, power and the importance of creating spaces that are genuinely affirming, not just conceptually inclusive.
